I did not come into this work through a textbook. I came through a family business.

Growing up, I watched what it really takes to keep a business running. The long hours, the paperwork, the decisions that never stop. I saw how quickly things can unravel when the admin and the finances are not under control. And I saw how much harder it is when you are trying to figure it all out on your own.

That experience shaped everything about how I work today.

I have spent over a decade working in bookkeeping and business administration, supporting small business owners across a wide range of industries. I also co-own a business with my partner, so I know exactly what it feels like to be the person wearing every hat at once. The owner, the manager, the bookkeeper and the one who still has to pick the kids up from school.

That is why RC Business Support exists. Not to hand you a spreadsheet and walk away. To actually sit alongside you, understand what is going on in your business and help you get it under control.

I hold a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, I am a member of both the Australian Bookkeepers Network and the Institute of Public Accountants, and I am Xero certified. But more than the qualifications, I bring real-world experience from both sides of the ledger.

Based in Coffs Harbour, we support small business owners locally and across Australia.

Frances brings a depth of experience that is hard to find in one person.

With a background spanning finance and administration across multiple small businesses, her own bookkeeping firm and years of volunteering on community committees, Frances has seen just about every situation a small business can find itself in. That breadth of experience means she knows what to look for, what questions to ask and how to get things right the first time.

As a registered BAS Agent, Frances brings a level of compliance knowledge and attention to detail that gives our clients real confidence in their numbers. She is calm, methodical and thorough. The kind of person who genuinely enjoys untangling a complex set of books and handing back something clean, accurate and ready to act on.
